Our Ultimate Workouts are a unique HIIT classes combining 4 training zones

STRENGTH

Improve muscular strength and endurance with TRX suspension systems, battle ropes, kettlebells and slam balls.

CARDIO

Boost cardiovascular system with boxing, rowing and air bike.

CORE

Develop muscle tone in our Core Zone using specific exercises - rotation, flexion, extension. 

REACTION

Train like an athlete with Speed/Agility/Quickness training.
